Jason Standridge
Jason was born in Greenville, MS. He started his real estate career working as an Executive Administrative Assistant to the owner of a real estate consulting firm in Biloxi, MS specializing in tax deeds. After 21 years working in the service industry, Jason decided to channel his talents into becoming a realtor himself in Las Vegas, NV. Having relocated to Dallas, TX in 2018, he enjoys helping his colleagues with his mastery of contracts and proper documentation. Having worked as a TC on over 1,500 transactions, there aren’t too many things Jason hasn’t seen, or issues he can’t handle!
Timathy Dorman
Timathy was born in Dallas, TX. He started his real estate career working as a buyer’s agent for one of the top teams in Baton Rouge, LA. After 2 years he rebranded with Keller Williams as a solo agent and was rookie of the year in 2013. Timathy has worked as an Account Manager for The Heyl Group, General Manager for The Christie Cannon Team, and was an agent with Livian. He was an MCA for 3 years and later the Assistant Team Leader at Keller Williams Urban Dallas. In 2018, Timathy began recruiting agents for what was then called KW Account Management and is now known as The Standard. 50+ Agents later, Timathy and Jason are always improving their systems and methods to better serve all agents and clients that partner with The Standard.
